1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the Arkam Scents website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Products
All fragrances sold by Arkam Scents are authentic decants from original bottles. Product images are for illustration purposes and actual packaging may vary. We reserve the right to limit quantities and refuse orders at our discretion.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We accept payment via major credit/debit cards and PayPal. Payment is required at the time of order. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
4. Shipping
We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
5. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our products (opened fragrance containers), we cannot accept returns for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for a resolution.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Arkam Scents and protected by copyright laws. Fragrance names and brand names are trademarks of their respective owners.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arkam Scents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
